'08 - Best ever rubbish year!

Shetland Scrapstore is delighted to announce 2008 as the best year to date for the amount of refurbished, repaired, reused and recycled furniture, office equipment, household goods & materials.
Over 160 tonnes of unwanted furniture, tools, electrical equipment, baths, books, carpets and much, much more was put back into use creating jobs, training, volunteering opportunities, generating income as well as providing the much needed service of affordable furniture and other household items.
The Scrapstore would like to thank the public and the business community for all the donated goods which sustain us, our customers for their support and a healthy, happy 2009 to everyone.
