Vacancy - General Manager
COPE Ltd, a leading Social Enterprise Company based in the Shetland Islands, has an opportunity for the right person to become our General Manager. This person will be self-motivated, hard working, visionary, strategic, have an acute business sense and be able to lead us into the future by developing not only our core businesses but ensure that we are able to grow to meet the needs of all those involved.
Ideally you should be educated to degree level or equivalent. Proven successful management experience is essential as is the ability to communicate with all groups.
In return you will be offered a salary in the region of £35,000, become part of one of Britain’s foremost Social Enterprise Companies and have the support of the staff and board to enable us all to see the future of our business succeed. A successful Enhanced Disclosure Check is also required.
