Our Board

The role of a director carries considerable responsibilities.

Our board of directors are responsible for the governance and strategy of the organisation and for making sure that it is administered effectively.
The board of directors:

• Act in the interest of the charity.
• Operate in a manner consistent with the charity's purposes.
• Act with due care and diligence.
• Ensure that the charity complies with the provisions of the 2005 Act and other relevant legislation.

All COPE Ltd Directors are volunteers from the local community.
