Business Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our team.

Normal place of Work – COPE Ltd, Port Business Park, Gremista, Lerwick.
Hours of Work - 35 hours per week, but happy to talk flexible working.

As part of our Senior Management Team, your main responsibility will be to manage our three business units and engage in the pursuit of business growth opportunities to sustain and grow financial sustainability of COPE Ltd.

This will include supporting our commercial development, researching techniques to engage with existing and new customers and assisting with the delivery of business development initiatives as required.

COPE is a well-established and successful social enterprise. We are committed to our social purpose of supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in Shetland. We do this through supported employment and provision of volunteer skills development placements in our business units.

This is an exciting time for COPE as we are about to embark on a significant extension to our Shetland Home Co operation, and continue to develop our Shetland Soap Company and Garden Co. operations.
