MSP and MP visit COPE Ltd

Anna Robertson and Gina Leslie show our guests what's on at Shetland Garden CoIt was a great day of sunshine to welcome Alistair Carmichael MP and Beatrice Wishart MSP for a look around COPE's garden centre and the Shetland Home Co, Shetland's only Revolve Certified second-hand store. It was their first visit since Steven Coutts came into post as the organisation's CEO earlier this year.

The glorious weather meant they had a brilliant chance to see what was happening in the Shetland Garden Co, with team members Gina Leslie and Anna Robertson explaining that they were having a clear out of some of the annuals now at the end of the summer.

Beatrice Wishart was once part of the COPE staff herself, she said "It’s great to see how COPE has grown but is staying true to its original aims."
